ICP & Service Enrichment

Build an enrichment that extracts the company's ICP and service in one sentence.

Website scrape

Scrape the prospects website.

1.1) Start by adding a new list to your workspace.

Choose search people database to pull a new list of leads
Or upload a CSV if you already have the list you want to enrich

1.2) Once you have the lead list you want to enrich, click the "enrich" button in the top right corner.

1.3) Then choose "Website" as the "Type" of enrichment.

1.4) When you have choosen the type, insert the website URL variable under "Website URL Column" from your list.

1.5) Now choose your output column.

Select a pre-made column if you have one
Or add a new column by clicking "Create new column" and give it a name like "Website Scrape"

1.6) Run your enrichment, by clicking "Save" and then "Save and run all rows".

Company Overview Enrichment

2.1) Once the enrichment is done, add a new enrichment, by clicking the "enrich" button in the top right corner.

2.2) Then choose "LLM" as the "Type" of enrichment.

2.3) Choose a LLM model.

Choose "GPT-4.1 Mini" for speed
Choose "GPT-4.1 Nano" for cost savings

2.4) Once you have choosen a LLM model, insert the following prompt:

Your sole job is to use all the provided information (CompanyName's description)
to summarize their services, their target ideal customers - so the services they provide
and who they provide it for. Also extract the details about CompanyName's
goals, mission, company values and company statements, that helps me understand who
they are, what they do, who they do it for and what they stand for.

Use only information supported by the text, keep it clear and specific, and translate
to English if needed. Do not add extra words or explanation. If the information cannot
be found, return "❌"

2.5) Now choose your output column.

Select a pre-made column if you have one
Or add a new column by clicking "Create new column" and give it a name like "Company Overview"

2.6) Run your enrichment, by clicking "Save" and then "Save and run all rows" or "Save and run 10

3.4) Once you have choosen a LLM model, insert the following prompt:

From the text provided (Company Name’s description), extract a single short phrase that
combines CompanyName’s primary service and ideal customer / target audience in one
concise statement. Use only information supported by the text, keep it clear and specific,
and translate to English if needed. Do not add extra words or explanation. If the information
cannot be found, return "❌"

Examples of good output:
1) AltData provides cloud-based data visualization tools for Mid-sized retail companies
2) MedTrack delivers patient management software for outpatient healthcare clinics
3) FinGuard offers fraud detection solutions for digital payment platforms
4) EduSpark creates interactive learning platforms for K–12 schools

Always start the sentece with CompanyName.
